This product worked perfectly, and included comprehensive easy to understand instructions - even a DIYer can do. Not to mention they include a DVD on the proper install.We have had 4 inches of rain in a short period time, and I haven't had a drip of water in my finished basement.If the plumbing company who installed our new well had used this product when running the new poly pipe into our house, we wouldn't have had a leak. The plumber sealed the pipe penetration with foam insulation in a can on the inside and the outside of the house.I had a slightly problem during my install that may not be the fault of the product. I contacted the company, and the customer service rep was extremely helpful and sent a replacement immediately. The customer service rep even emailed me a week later to ask if my install was a success.
